Here I have paired it with another of my favorite items from Stampin' Up!'s Occasions Catalog. The Perfect Pennants stamp set has been a blast to play with. I have used it for just about every type of card lately. Birthday, Get Well, even Valentines. I love the bright colors in this one - everybody keep wishing for Spring to come and surely it will, right?
