Oh!!!! I just saw a sample, where someone used the heart in the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack. They punched the small heart out first, then from the same sheet, they punched a larger heart around the original heart to get an outline heart. Okay, I am doing a lousy job describing it, so check back and see if I have a sample up there. But if you don't have the Punch Pack, grab it now with the weekly deals.
